Butwal Power Company begins distribution of cash dividend of Rs.18 per share from today; all shareholders to get dividend within three days

Butwal Power Company Limited (BPCL) will be distributing dividend to the shareholders from today.
The 26th AGM of the Hydropower Company held on 27th Poush 2075, had endorsed the distribution of cash dividend worth Rs.18 per share to the shareholders from the profits of FY 74/75. The dividend will be deposited directly to the bank accounts of the respective shareholders.
The dividends will be distributed in chronological order and since the number of shareholders is high, the distribution may take some time to complete. If shareholders do not receive the dividend within 3 working days from the date of distribution, they are requested to contact the share registrar, NMB Capital during office hours. The company has also urged its shareholders to dematerialize their share to receive the dividend.
