Butwal based Buddhanagar Agro Farm has appointed NIC ASIA Capital as issue manager for the issuance of its 5 lakh unit shares to the general public and mutual funds.
The merchant banker has also agreed to provide other necessary corporate advisory services to the agro company apart from floating the shares in IPO, as per the media statement.
