Businessman Banwari Lal Mittal no more

Chairman of Shree Airlines Banbari Lal Mittal has passed away at around 1 am at his residence, Gyaneshwor on Wednesday morning. He was 79. He had been suffering from illness since one month.
Mittal had returned to Kathmandu following treatment at India's Gurgaoun-based Medant Hospital on Monday.
Mittal had launched the Shree Airlines some 16 years ago.
Shree Airlines is considered the biggest chopper company in Nepal. It has more than 10 helicopters including 6 Russian-made MI-16 helicopters.
Mittal had served as chairman of the Nepal Chamber of Commerce twice during his life term. He is survived by a wife, a son and a daughter.
