Bottlers Nepal Terai Limited (BNT) and Bottlers Nepal Limited Balaju (BNL) have both called their respective AGM in the month of Poush.

Bottlers Nepal Terai Limited (BNT) has declared its 34th AGM to be held on Poush 22, i.e. January 06. The AGM will start at 2 pm that day. Because of the pandemic-induced restrictions, the AGM will be streamed online from the company's office in Balaju, Kathmandu. The online portal will be opened at 1 pm.

The book closure date is announced on Poush 08. Thus, investors maintained before that date can attend the AGM. Books will be closed from Poush 08 to Poush 22.

Because of the pandemic-induced restrictions, the AGM will be streamed online from the company's office in Balaju, Kathmandu. The online portal will be opened at 1 pm.

The book closure date is announced on Poush 09. Thus, investors maintained before that date can attend the AGM. Books will be closed from Poush 09 to Poush 23.
