Bottlers Nepal (Terai) Limited (BNT) is distributing 40% cash dividend directly to bank accounts to its shareholders. Therefore, the company has urged its shareholders to dematerialize their shares.
Similarly, for those who have already dematerialized their shares, the company has urged to update their account and review bank account information to receive the bank account.
Nabil Investment Banking is the share registrar of the company.
RSDC Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited (RSDC) is also distributing 10% cash dividend directly to bank accounts of its shareholders and therefore has urged its shareholders to dematerialize their shares and update the demat account information to receive the dividend.
