Bottlers Nepal Limited & Bottlers Nepal (Terai) Limited to conduct its AGM on Poush 27 & Poush28 respectively

Bottlers Nepal Limited is going to hold its 37th AGM on 27 Poush, 2072. The AGM will be held at Hotel Soaltee Crown Plaza, Tahachal, Kathmandu at noon.
The Agendas of the AGM include financial highlights of 2071/72 and appointment of auditor.
The register of their shareholders will remain close from Poush 12, 2072 till Poush 27, 2072 for the purpose of its upcoming (AGM).
Similarly, Bottlers Nepal (Terai) Limited is going to convene its 29th AGM on 28Poush, 2072. The AGM will be held at Hotel Royal Century, Bharatpur height, Chitwan at noon.
The agendas of the AGM includes financial highlights of 2071/72, appointment of auditor and to endorse cash dividend as proposed by the BoD.
The register of their shareholders will remain close from Poush 13, 2072 till Poush 28, 2072 for the purpose of its upcoming (AGM).
Earlier, Bottlers Nepal (Terai) Ltd. had announced 25% cash dividend to its shareholders while Bottlers Nepal Ltd. has not offered any dividends this year.
