Book closure date for Civil Bank tomorrow; investors holding the scrip till today to be eligible to attend AGM and claim dividend

Today is the last day to hold shares of Civil Bank Limited (CBL) to be eligible to claim the dividend and participate in the AGM of the commercial bank, since tomorrow is the book closure date of the bank.

Civil Bank Limited (CBL) will be convening its 7th and 8th AGM together on Baisakh 27, 2076. The meeting will be convened in the premises of Amrit Bhog, Kalikasthan, Dillibazar; Kathmandu at 11:00 AM.

The main agenda of the AGM is to endorse 10.25% bonus shares worth Rs 74.40 crore and 0.54% cash dividend worth Rs 3.91 crore (for tax purpose) of FY 2073/74 and 4.05% cash dividend worth Rs 29.40 crore of FY 2074/75.
