Book closure date for 70th AGM of Nepal Insurance Company tomorrow; last day to hold shares and claim 7.50% bonus shares

Today is the last day to hold shares of Nepal Insurance Company Limited (NICL) to claim the dividend and participate in the AGM of the company.
The 70th AGM of NICL will be held on 8th Bhadra, 2076 (25th August, 2019) at Airport Hotel, Sinamangal from 11 AM onwards. The AGM will endorse decision to distribute 7.5% bonus shares out of the profits of FY 74/75 for the shareholders.
For this purpose, the books of the company will remain closed on 24th Shrawan, 2076 i.e. tomorrow.
