Book closure date for 23rd AGM of Neco Insurance tomorrow; last day to hold shares and claim 12% bonus shares

Today is the last day to hold shares of Neco Insurance Company Limited (NIL) and be eligible to participate in the AGM and claim the dividend.
The 23rd AGM of the company will be held on 14th Bhadra, 2076 (31st August, 2019) at Amritbhog, Kalikastha from 11 AM onwards.
The AGM will endorse decision to distribute 12% bonus shares worth Rs.14.11 crore and cash dividend worth Rs.74.29 Lakhs (for tax purposes) out of the profits of FY 74/75 for the shareholders.
For this purpose, the books of the company will remain closed from 3rd Bhadra, 2076 i.e. tomorrow till the date of the AGM.
