Bonus Shares of Two Microfinance Companies Listed in NEPSE

6,47,025 unit bonus shares of Mero Microfinance Bittiya Sanstha Ltd. (MERO) have been listed in NEPSE.
The company convened it's 13th AGM on Poush 30, 2082, and endorsed a 5% dividend for FY 2081/82. The company decided to distribute a 4.75% bonus shares worth slightly over Rs. 6.74 Crores and 0.25% cash dividend (including tax) worth Rs 35.47 Lakhs. The same bonus shares are now listed in NEPSE.
As of writing, MERO has an LTP of Rs. 790.10 .
18,97,542.25 unit bonus shares of National Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited (NMFBS) have been listed in NEPSE.
The company convened it's 12th AGM on Poush 30, 2082, and endorsed a 15% dividend for FY 2081/82. The company decided to distribute a 14.25% bonus shares worth slightly over Rs. 18.97 Crores and 0.75% cash dividend (including tax) worth Rs 99.87 Lakhs. The same bonus shares are now listed in NEPSE.
