Bonus Shares of These Three Companies Now Deposited to Demat Accounts

Samata Gharelu Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited (SMATA) has distributed 20% bonus shares directly to Demat accounts of its shareholders.

The company's latest AGM endorsed the dividend for the fiscal year 2077/78: 20% bonus shares and 5% cash dividend. The bonus shares are worth Rs. 5.71 crores and the cash dividend is worth Rs. 1.42 crores. The paid-up capital of the company is Rs. 28,56,20,160.

The same bonus shares are now deposited to Demat accounts. Note that these shares are listed in NEPSE.

Support Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited (SMB) has also distributed a 30% bonus share directly to Demat accounts of its shareholders.

The company's latest AGM endorsed a 31.5789% dividend for the fiscal year 2077/78. The 168th meeting of the board of directors held on Kartik 05 decided to distribute the dividend on the paid-up capital of Rs. 6.60 crores. 30% bonus shares worth over Rs 1.98 crores and 1.5789% cash dividend (including tax) worth over Rs 10.42 lakhs were proposed.

The same bonus shares are now deposited to Demat accounts. Note that these shares are listed in NEPSE.

Similarly, Neco Insurance Company Limited (NIL) has distributed a 15% bonus share to Demat accounts of its shareholders.

The 26th AGM of the company endorsed 15.79% dividend for the fiscal year 2077/78. The 417th meeting of the board of directors held on Magh 03 decided to distribute the dividend on the paid-up capital of Rs. 1.52 Arba. 15% bonus shares worth over Rs. 22.82 crores and 0.79% cash dividend (including tax) worth over Rs. 1.2 crores were proposed.

The same bonus shares are now deposited to Demat accounts. Note that these shares are listed in NEPSE.
