Bonus Shares of These Companies Now Deposited to Demat Accounts

Mahila Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited (MLBSL) has distributed 47.5% bonus shares directly to Demat accounts of its shareholders.

The company's latest AGM endorsed the dividend for the fiscal year 2077/78: 47.5% bonus shares and 2.5% cash dividend. The bonus shares are worth Rs. 4.75 crores and the cash dividend is worth Rs. 25 lakhs. This is the company's first-ever dividend after being listed in NEPSE.

The same bonus shares are now deposited to Demat accounts. Note that these shares are listed in NEPSE.

Mero Microfinance Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited (MERO) has also distributed a 20% bonus share directly to Demat accounts of its shareholders.

The company's latest AGM endorsed a 21.0526% dividend for the fiscal year 2077/78. The 117th meeting of the board of directors held on Ashoj 18 decided to distribute the dividend on the paid-up capital of Rs. 1 Arba. 20% bonus shares worth Rs 20 crores and 1.0526% cash dividend (including tax) worth Rs 1.05 crore were proposed.

The same bonus shares are now deposited to Demat accounts. Note that these shares are listed in NEPSE.

Similarly, Lumbini Bikas Bank Limited (LBBL) has distributed a 13% bonus share to Demat accounts of its shareholders.

Lumbini Bikas Bank convened its 14th AGM for the FY 2077-78 under the leadership of its chairman Mr. Dashrath Risal on Poush 9, 2078. Apart from the regular financial reports, the AGM endorsed the board’s proposal to provide 13% bonus shares and 0.68% cash dividend to its shareholders from the profit it had made in the fiscal year 2077/2078.

The same bonus shares are now deposited to Demat accounts. Note that these shares are listed in NEPSE.

All the companies have urged their shareholders to dematerialize their shares in order to receive the dividend.
