Bonus Shares of These 2 Companies Are Now Listed in NEPSE

83,27,084.90 Units Bonus Shares of Kumari Bank Limited (KBL) have been listed in NEPSE for trading.

The meeting of the board of directors of Kumari Bank held on Ashwin 11 has decided to distribute the dividend from the paid-up capital of Rs. 13,87,84,74,836. 6% bonus shares and 2.67% cash dividend have been proposed.

The same bonus shares are now listed. Kartik 08 is the book closure date. Thus, shareholders maintained before that day are entitled to the dividend payout and can also attend this AGM.

Similarly, 6,40,090 Units Bonus Shares of Laxmi Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited (LLBS) have also been listed in NEPSE.

The meeting of the board of directors of LLBS held on Ashoj 15 decided to distribute the dividend on the paid-up capital of Rs. 32.45 crores. 20% bonus shares and 7.368421% cash dividend (tax purposes) have been proposed.

The same bonus shares are now listed in NEPSE.
