Bonus Shares of Synergy Power Development Limited Listed on NEPSE

12,09,862.50 unit bonus shares of Synergy Power Development Ltd. (SPDL) have been listed in NEPSE.
The company convened its 19th AGM on 19th Magh, 2082, and endorsed a 10.5263% dividend for the fiscal year 2081/82. The board of directors meeting held on Chaitra 12 had decided to distribute a 10% bonus shares worth a little over Rs. 12.09 crore and a 0.5263% cash dividend amounting to Rs. 63.67 lakhs.
The same bonus shares are now listed in NEPSE.
SPDL closed at Rs. 356.00.
