Bonus shares of Swabhiman Laghubitta deposited to Demat accounts

Swabhiman Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited has deposited the 24% bonus shares directly to DEMAT accounts of its shareholders.

The third AGM of Swabhimaan Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited (SMFBS) held on Magh 10, 2076 had endorsed the dividend for the fiscal year 2075/76.

The company had proposed a 24% bonus shares to its shareholders amounting to Rs 1.48 crore and 1.27% cash dividend for tax purposes from the net profit it made in the FY 2075/76. The shares are already listed in NEPSE.
