24,87,750 unit bonus shares of Sarbottam Cement Limited (SARBTM) have been listed in NEPSE.
The company convened it's 6th AGM on Poush 26, 2082, and endorsed a 10% dividend for FY 2081/82. The company decided to distribute a 3% cash dividend worth Rs. 13.95 Crores (including tax) and 7% bonus shares worth Rs. 32.55 crores. The same bonus shares are now listed in NEPSE.
