Bonus Shares of Sanima GIC Insurance Limited Listed on NEPSE

10,75,000 unit bonus shares of Sanima GIC Insurance Limited (SGIC) have been listed in NEPSE.
The company convened its 8th AGM on 6th Jestha, 2083, and endorsed a 5.2632% dividend for the fiscal year 2081/82. The board of directors meeting held on Falgun 29 had decided to distribute a 0.2632% cash dividend (for tax purposes) worth Rs. 56.57 lakhs and 5% bonus shares worth Rs. 10.75 crore.
The same bonus shares are now listed in NEPSE.
SGIC closed at Rs. 449.40
