Bonus Shares of Nepal Life Insurance Company and Aatmanirbhar Laghubitta Listed in NEPSE

82,07,966.55 unit bonus shares of Nepal Life Insurance Company Limited (NLIC) have been listed in NEPSE.
The company convened its 25th AGM on 28th Magh, 2081, and endorsed a 21.05% dividend from the profits of FY 80/81 for shareholders. The 388th meeting of the board of directors held on Poush 26 has decided to distribute an 11.05% cash dividend (including tax) and 10% bonus shares. The existing paid-up capital of NLIC is Rs. 8.20 Arba. The same bonus shares are now listed in NEPSE.
As of writing, NLIC has an LTP of Rs. 760.19.
Similarly, 97,714.81 unit bonus shares of Aatmanirbhar Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited (ANLB) have been listed in NEPSE.
The company convened its 6th AGM on 29th Poush, 2081, and endorsed 14.25% bonus shares and 0.25% cash dividend (tax purposes) from the paid-up capital of Rs. 6.85 Crores, the bonus shares were worth Rs. 97.71 lakhs, and the cash dividend was worth Rs. 5.14 lakhs. The same bonus shares are now listed in NEPSE.
As of writing, ANLB has an LTP of Rs. 5,400.00.
