Bonus Shares of Aatmanirbhar Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited Listed on NEPSE

1,11,639 unit bonus shares of Aatmanirbhar Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited (ANLB) have been listed in NEPSE.
The company convened its 7th AGM on Baisakh 07, 2083, and endorsed a 15% dividend for the fiscal year 2081/82. The board of directors meeting held on Chaitra 12 had decided to distribute a 14.25% bonus shares worth a little over Rs. 1.11 crore sand a 0.75% cash dividend amounting to Rs. 5.87 lakhs.
The same bonus shares are now listed in NEPSE.
ANLB closed at Rs. 5,010.00.
