BoK’s 20th AGM today; to endorse 10.42% bonus shares

The Bank of Kathmandu (BoK) is holding its 20th Annual General Meeting today.
The AGM will, among other things, endorse 10.42 percent bonus shares for its shareholders from the net profit it earned in last fiscal year. The AGM will be held at the Tribhuvan Army Officers Club, Bhadrakali, Kathmandu.
The others agendas at the meeting will be the financial highlights of 2070/71, the appointment of auditor, increment of capital and possible merger and acquisitions with other financial institutions.
Bank of Kathmandu earned a net profit of Rs 330.76 million in the 2nd quarter of the fiscal year 2071/72.
