BOK holding 20th AGM on Falgun 8; Citizen Bank to hold Special GM

Bank of Kathmandu Limited is holding its 20th Annual General Meeting on Falgun 8, and has also announced the book closure for the same from Magh 21 to Falgun 8, 2071.

Only those shareholders who own the shares of the bank till Magh 20 will be entitled to get the dividends to be offered by the bank. But its shares have been halted for trading in NEPSE since long time back due to ongoing merger process.

It has already proposed 10.41 percent bonus share to its shareholders from the profit it earned in the last fiscal year 2070/71.The decision, however, is subject to the approval of Bank’s AGM.

The major agendas for the AGM are approval of financial statement of FY 2070/71, increasing authorized capital from Rs 2 billion to Rs 3 billion and approval of dividend declared by the BOD.

Also, Citizens Bank International Limited is holding its special general meeting on Falgun 1 at 1:00 PM at Amrit Bhog, Kalikasthan, Dillibajar, Kathmandu.
