BOK convenes 25th AGM; clears way for distributing 17% dividend to shareholders

Bank of Kathmandu has successfully convened its 25th AGM on Aswin 30, 2076 under the leadership of chairman Mr. Prakash Shrestha.
The bank had earned 43.61% more net profit than previous FY i.e. Rs 1.89 arba out of which the AGM has decided to provide 6% bonus shares and 11% cash dividend to its shareholders.
The bank’s deposit collection figure stands at Rs 83.32 arba, loan disbursement figure at Rs 76.36 arba during the last FY. It has 87 branches, 78 ATM terminals and 9 extension counters.
