BoK Capital Market convenes its 6th AGM; endorses 18% cash dividend to its shareholders

BoK Capital Market has convened its 6th AGM on Aswin 20, 2078 under the leadership of its chairman Mr. Mahesh Misra.
The AGM has endorsed the decision to provide an 18% cash dividend worth Rs 3.78 crore and all the financial reports as well as highlights of the previous FY, as per the media statement.
The merchant banker has also endorsed a special proposal to relocate its register office at Naksal of Kathmandu amid the same event, as per the media statement.
