BoK Capital convenes its SGM; elects 4 BoDs from promoter group with Mr. Mahesh Mishra as new chairman

BoK Capital has convened its SGM under the leadership of its chairman Mr. Mahesh Mishra on Magh 16, 2077.
The SGM has elected four new BoDs from the promoter group for the next tenure and has appointed Mr. Mahesh Mishra as the chairman for the upcoming four years, as per the media statement.
The newly appointed BoDs are Mr. Mahesh Mishra, Mr. Chandra Raj Sharma, Mr. Dipak Gautam, Mr. Rabindra Ballab Pant representing different promoter institutions, as per the media statement.
