BOK Capital convenes 5th AGM endorsing 4.50% cash dividend; to begin managing mutual fund scheme and serving as DP member soon

BOK Capital has convened its 5th AGM on Mangsir 5, 2077 under the leadership of its chairman Mr. Mahesh Mishra.
Apart from endorsing other financial reports for the fiscal year 2076-77, the AGM has also endorsed 4.50% cash dividend worth Rs 94.50 lakh.
The AGM also endorsed the decision to enable the merchant bank to manage its own mutual fund scheme and work as a DP member, as per the media statement.
