BoK bond subscribe

KATHMANDU, MAY 06:
All the 400,000 units of bonds issued by Bank of Kathmandu (BoK) have been subscribed. The bank had issued ‘BoK Bond 2076’ to raise a total of Rs 400 million in the form of 400,000 units of bonds each valued at Rs 1,000. The bond, with a tenure of seven years, carries a coupon interest rate of eight per cent per annum. The issue was opened on April 25 and having been successfully subscribed, the bank closed it on May 3. BoK has thanked all its stakeholders including Nepal Rastra Bank, Sebon, Company Registrar’s Office and investors for making it a success.
