BoAN holds AGM

KATHMANDU,DEC 20:
Bank of Asia Nepal (BoAN) AGM on Sunday approved to distribute 7.37 per cent cash dividend to its shareholders. The bank has been able to earn Rs 209 million as net profit from collecting deposits worth Rs 13.6 billion and floating loans worth Rs 11.63 billion during fiscal year 2010-11.
