Bishwa Bikas AGM today; set to approve 16.50% bonus shares, 0.87% cash dividend

Bishwa Bikas Bank Limited is going to conduct its 7th Annual General Meeting today (23rd Chaitra). The AGM will be held at Hotel Pokhara Grand, Birauta, Pokhara.
The AGM will be endorsing 16.50% Bonus share and 0.87% Cash Dividend to its shareholders from the net profit it earned in last fiscal year 2070/71. The other agendas include financial highlight 2070/71, appointment of auditor, election of BoD and merger.
Bishwa Bikas Bank Limited has posted a net profit of Rs. 55.63 million in its 2nd quarter of the fiscal year 2071/72.
