Bishwa Bikas AGM approves 16.50% bonus shares, 0.87% cash dividend

The 7th AGM of Bishwa Bikas Bank Limited was held on 23rd Chaitra at Hotel Pokhara Grand, Birauta, Pokhara. The AGM was chaired by the bank’s Chairman Jagan Bahadur Gurung.
At the AGM, three new BoD members representing public share holders were elected. The newly elected BoD members are Ranju Kumari Gurung, Sajeev Baniya and Homenath Niraula.
The AGM has also endorsed 16.50% bonus shares and 0.87% cash dividend to its shareholders from the net profit it earned in last fiscal year 2070/71.
