Bids Opened for Auction of CBBL Shares; What is the Cut-Off Rate?

The bids received in the auction of 6,06,140 units promoter shares of Chhimek Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited (CBBL) have been opened today, i.e. 26th Baisakh, 2079.

The auction had opened on 13th Chaitra, 2078 and concluded on 18th Baisakh, 2079 at the end of banking hours. 6,06,140 units promoter shares were auctioned. BOK Capital Limited was appointed the auction manager. Bids had opened today at the premises of the auction manager, Narayanchaur - Naxal, Kathmandu, starting at 4 pm. The existing promoters, general public, and institutions were all eligible to bid for the auction.

Bank Of Kathmandu Limited is selling its held shares via auction. 

According to the auction manager, only one applicant submitted the bid for 2,000 units and the cut-off rate is Rs. 604.
