Bhisma Raj Dhunagana appointed as the expert member of SEBON; Nomination made by Finance Minister

Finance Minister, Dr. Khatiwada, has nominated Mr. Bhisma Raj Dhungana as the Expert Member of Securities Board of Nepal (SEBON) with a view to make him the next Chairman of SEBON.

Mr. Dhungana was the Chief Director at Nepal Rastra Bank (NRB) and has also served as a board member of Nepal Stock Exchange (NEPSE) on behalf of Nepal Rastra Bank (NRB). He has been appointed in place of Mr. Nil Bahadur Saru Magar who had resigned 6 months ago.

The current Chairman, Dr. Rewat Bahadur Karki's tenure finishes on Kartik 01, 2076. After the tenure completion of Mr. Karki, Mr. Dhungana has been strategically placed to take the chair.
