Bhagawati Hydropower Development Company to Issue IPO, Siddhartha Capital Appointed Issue Manager

Siddhartha Capital Limited has been appointed the issue manager for the IPO issue of Bhagawati Hydropower Development Company Limited. The agreement signing program was conducted on Friday, 31st December 2021.

Bhagawati Hydropower Development Company Limited is planning to issue 14,30,162 total shares via the public offering. 5,72,064 shares will be issued to the project-affected locals and 8,58,098 shares will be issued to the general public. The IPO issue will raise a total of Rs. 14,30,16,200, which will make up 25% of the paid-up capital.

10% of the paid-up capital will be contributed by the locals and 15% will be contributed by the general public via this IPO issue.
