Bhagawati Composite Industries Limited Approves 10% Divident at AGM

Bhagawati Composite Industries Limited has concluded it's 2nd Annual General Meeting (AGM) at Hotel Pauwa in Krishnapur, Bharatpur-7, Chitwan, on Monday. The agm approved a 10% bonus share distribution and a 20% rights issue following the bonus allotment. 

The agm also approved a plan to increase its issued capital from Rs 420 million to Rs 750 million.

The meeting endorsed the annual report and financial statements for FY 2082/83, along with the appointment of an auditor and board members. The company plans to proceed with its initial public offering (IPO) after completing the required legal procedures and securing regulatory approval.

Bhagawati Composite Industries manufactures WPC doors, frames, wall panels and other fiber-based products.
