Banking Accessibility: Himalayan Bank Collaborates with Teku Hospital for Cash Collection

Himalayan Bank Limited (HBL) has initiated a cash collection counter at Shukraraj Tropical and Infectious Hospital, Teku, starting today i.e. 9th Falgun, 2080.

In a commitment to customer convenience, the bank has collaborated with the hospital to facilitate cash collection services. Notably, the counter operates 24/7, even on public holidays. To enhance user experience, the bank offers QR-based payment options at the counter. This service aims to streamline transactions for patients, their families, relatives, and hospital staff, providing added convenience.

The agreement was formalized through the signing of Mr. Bijaya Man Nakarmi, the assistant chief executive officer of the bank, and the hospital's director, Dr. Yuba Nidhi Basaula, with the presence of other employees from both institutions.
