Bank of Kathmandu urges shareholders to update their demat accounts; Dividend to be directly deposited in bank accounts

Bank of Kathmandu Limited (BOKL) has endorsed 6% bonus and 11% cash dividend for its shareholders from the profit of FY 2075/76.

Regarding the distribution of cash dividend, it has published a notice today urging all the shareholders to update their bank account information in their Demat account as the dividend will be directly deposited to respective bank accounts of each shareholder.

Similarly, for shareholders who haven't dematerialized their BOKL shares till now, the bank has urged to dematerialize their shares and update the accounts and only after that the dividend will be distributed.
