Bank of Kathmandu steps in as sole financier for 9.7 MW Upper Ingwa hydro project of east Nepal; to extend credit of 75% of total project cost of 1.95 arba
Bank of Kathmandu has inked a financial closure agreement with Ingwa Hydropower to extend loan for the construction of 9.7 MW Upper Ingwa Hydro Project.
The total estimated cost for the Taplejung and Panchthar based hydro project stands at Rs 1.95 arba where the bank will finance for 75% of the total cost, as per the media statement.
The bank currently has 90 branches, 78 ATM outlets and 10 extension counters under its network.
