Bank of Kathmandu Limited to distribute 11% cash dividend; Bank urged its shareholders to dematerialize their shares

Bank of Kathmandu Limited (BOKL) is distributing 11% cash dividend (from the FY 2074/75) to its shareholders as per the notice published by the bank. The dividend will be directly deposited to the respective bank accounts of its shareholders having the IPS membership.
The bank had declared 11% cash dividend for its shareholders from its 24th AGM held on 2075/10/17.
Similarly, the bank has also urged the shareholders to dematerialize their shares and link bank account on their respective demat accounts.
BOKL has posted Rs. 38.68 crore and Rs. 27.56 crore as a Net profit and Free profit after regulatory adjustments respectively, until the end of the first quarter of FY 2075/76.
