Bank of Kathmandu Limited (BOKL) Calls 27th AGM on Mangsir 29

Bank of Kathmandu Limited (BOKL) has called its 27th AGM on Mangsir 29, 2078, i.e. December 15, 2021. The meeting will be held in Nepal Pragya Pratisthan, Kamaladi, Kathmandu.

Among other agendas, the AGM will endorse a 14% dividend for the fiscal year 2077/78. The 206th meeting of the board of directors held on Kartik 8 decided to distribute the dividend on the paid-up capital maintained as of Ashar end, 2078. 10% bonus shares worth Rs 96.58 crores and 4% cash dividend (for bonus shares tax purpose) worth Rs 38.63 crore have been proposed.

Mangsir 10 is the book closure date. Thus, shareholders maintained before that day are entitled to the dividend payout and can also attend this AGM. Books will be closed from Mangsir 10 till the AGM date.
