Bank of Kathmandu launches helpline service; to aid its customers having issues with digital banking services

Bank of Kathmandu has kickstarted helpline service so as to facilitate its customers for the uses of the bank’s digital banking services.
Customers who face any issue with the digital banking services of the bank can reach out to the helpline by ringing 01-5919911 or dropping an email at helpline@bok.com.np, as per the media statement.
The bank currently serves its customers via its 97 branches, 10 extension counters and 87 ATM booths under its network spread across the nation.
