Bank of Kathmandu convenes its SGM; endorses election of 3 new board members from public shareholder group
Bank of Kathmandu has convened its SGM under the leadership of its chairman Mr. Prakash Shresthaa on Chaitra 3, 2077.
The SGM has endorsed the election of BoDs from the public shareholder group Mr. Gobind Prasad Sharma, Mr. Madan Lal Joshi, and Ms. Amrita Upreti, as per the media statement.
The bank currently provides its services from its 90 branches, 78 ATM outlets and 10 extension counters under its network.
