Bank of Kathmandu has successfully completed is 23rd AGM on Asad 28, 2075. The AGM has endorsed the earlier decision to issue 13.25% bonus shares to its existing shareholders.
Moreover, the BOD of the bank Mr. Prakash Shrestha has received oath of privacy and designation with Governor of Nepal Rastra Bank Mr. Chiranjivi Nepal on Asad 31, 2075 as a newly elected chairman of the bank.
