Bank of Asia cash dividend

KATHMANDU, DEC 23:
The board meeting of Bank of Asia Nepal (BoAN), on Thursday, agreed to distribute 7.50 cash dividend to its shareholders from the bank’s net profit of fiscal year 2011-12, applicable only after approval from Nepal Rastra Bank and its fifth annual general meeting.
