Banijya Bank becoming bigger and better with 236 branches; expands with 14 more branches in 12 districts on a single day

Finance Minister Dr. Yuvraj Khatiwada has remotely inaugurated the 14 new branches of Rastriya Banijya Bank which are located at 12 districts in 5 provinces.

The bank began its services in Baradasi Gaupalika-4 Chakchaki of Jhapa, Dhanpalthan Gaupalika-4 Karsiya of Morang, Koteswor of Kathmandu, Tokha Na.Pa-7 Tokha of Kathmandu, Suklagandaki Na.Pa-6 Khairenitar of Tanahun, Kaligandaki Ga.Pa-4 Purtighat of Gulmi, Devchuli Na.Pa-16 Tangikot of Nawalpur, Shivaraj Na.Pa-8 Chandrauta of Kapilvastu, Ghorahi-15 Ghorahi of Dang, Pokhariya Na.Pa-4 Pokhariyabazar of Parsa, Bhimfedi Ga.Pa-6 Bhimfedi of Makwanpur, Balwa Na.Pa-6 Balwabazar of Mahotari, Chandrapur Na.Pa-4 Chandrapur of Rautahat, Pipara Gaupalika-4 Pipara of Mahotari.

The inaugural event was also attended by chairman of the bank Mr. Mahendra Man Gurung, Deputy Governor of NRB Mr. Chintamani Siwakoti, Deputy Governor Mr. Shivaraj Shrestha, EDs Mr. Dev kumar Dhakal, Mr. Mukunda Kumar Chettri, BoDs of the bank Nirmal Hari Adhikari, Rabindralal Shrestha, Arjun bahadur Adhikari, Dr. Madav Prashad Dahal, among other senior level staff members from the bank.

The bank currently has its presence in all 77 districts via its 236 branches, 178 ATM terminals, and 93 branchless banking units.
