Bandipur Cable Car appoints Nepal SBI Merchant Banking as issue manager to float 25.80 lakh unit shares in IPO

Bandipur Cable car and Tourism Ltd has appointed Nepal SBI Merchant Banking as the issue manager for the issuance of 25.80 lakh unit shares to the general public.
The agreement was signed between Mr. Ram Chandra Sharma, chairman of the cable car company and CEO of the merchant bank Mr. Devraj Adhikari, amid a program, as per the media statement.
