Balephi Hydropower Appoints Himalayan Investment Banker as New Share Registrar
Balephi Hydropower Limited (BHL) has appointed Himalayan Investment Banker Limited, located in New Baneshwar, Kathmandu, as its new share registrar.
This appointment, made by BHL's board of directors, authorizes Himalayan Investment Banker to handle all share-related activities such as record keeping, ownership transfer, share pledge, and updates.
The agreement was officially signed during a ceremony at BHL’s registered office in Durbar Marg, Kathmandu.
