Asian Smart Agro Company Holds Special General Meeting, Approves Capital Increase

Asian Smart Agro Company Limited convened its Special General Meeting on Falgun 02, 2082, at its central office in Lahan under the chairmanship of Praveen Kumar Lama. The meeting welcomed shareholders and board members and approved key proposals, including an increase in the company’s authorized capital to Rs. 50 crore and the issuance of capital to Rs. 35 crore.

The assembly also endorsed amendments to the company’s Memorandum and Articles of Association and authorized the board to implement necessary revisions. The meeting concluded with a vote of thanks to attending shareholders and directors for their participation.
