Asian Life Insurance Company Limited has published a notice regarding the conversion of share structure from 70: 30 to 60: 40.
The 12th AGM of the company endorsed the conversion of shareholding ratio from 70: 30 to 60: 40 by converting a portion of the promoter shares to ordinary shares.
Promoters unwilling to convert their shares can submit a declaration at the company's central office in Maitidevi, Kathmandu within 7 days of the unveiling of this notice.
If such declaration letter is not received by the aforementioned timeframe, the shares will be automatically converted.
