Asian Life Insurance (ALICL) Calls AGM; What are the Agendas?

Asian Life Insurance Company Limited (ALICL) has called its 12th AGM on Shrawan 31.
These are the primary agendas:
1) Endorsement of fiscal reports of FY 2075/76.
2) Election of board members from the promoters and general investors.
3) Share conversion to maintain a shareholding ratio of 60: 40 instead of the existing 70: 30.
Shrawan 17 is the book closure date. Thus, investors maintained till that day can attend the AGM. As of writing, ALICL has an LTP of Rs. 1,382.
