Asian Life 7th AGM to approve 28.50% bonus share

Asian Life Insurance Company Limited (ALICL) is going to hold its 7th Annual General Meeting (AGM) today at hotel Viswa, Birgunj at 11:00 am.
The main agenda of the insurance company is to distribute 28.50 % bonus shares to its shareholders.
The others agendas at the meeting will be the financial highlights of 2070/71 and reappoint of auditor Prabin Raj Kafle and associates as its auditor for the current fiscal year.
The company’s paid up capital remains at Rs 52.12 crore, which the company plans to increase by issuing bonus shares worth more than Rs 14.85 crore.
