Asha Laghubitta convenes 3rd AGM; clears way for 12% bonus shares to shareholders

Asha Laghubitta has convened its 3^rd AGM at Kakani under the leadership of its chairman Mr. Nirgun Prashad Bhattachan who highlighted about the financial highlights and other activities of the institution throughout the FY 2075-76. The AGM was also attended by founding chair Mr. Ram Bahadur Pandey, Dr. Aatmaram Ghimire, among others.

The AGM has endorsed the board’s decision to provide 12% bonus shares and 0.63% cash dividend for tax purposes. The AGM also handed over authority to the board to carry out the merger/acquisition process with suitable microfinances in future, as per the media statement.
